Article: Happy Birthday, OS X!

With all the random griping and complaining about Apple lately, we just thought it would be worth mentioning that Mac OS X has reached the ripe old age of 7 now…I think that means it’s in first grade. Obviously quite a bit has changed over the years, but it’s amazing how things have managed to get a bit more streamlined and more efficient.

For a look at the way things used to look, we’re encouraging you to check out the GUIdebook’s entry on OS X 10.0. Wow, things have changed, even though everything seems like it’s where it belongs. Here’s some 10.1, 10.2, and 10.3 love, too.
