News: Apple Registers Every Domain Name Ever

by on June 9, 2011

It looks like after WWDC, Apple’s new campus wasn’t the only thing making some news, the company also registered fifty domain names, some of which are just downright terrible, while others are clearly protecting some of the products from domain squatters.

Clearly a lot of these refer to some items announced in the WWDC keynote, including things “in the cloud”, anything with iCloud in it, “PC Free”, and OS X Lion.

DotWeekly reports that Apple picked up the following domain names, and feel free to make fun of some:,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

These were all purchased on June 6, so there may be another spending spree shortly. Some sources say that Apple was also looking to buy,,, but, sadly, when purchasing the domains, they were in the 50 items or less line.
