Snippet: Adobe Photoshop Touch ☇

Shared on February 27, 2012

It’s a shame that it’s iPad 2-only and has limits like image dimensions and not using iCloud, but this is really promising and a bargain at $10. Also, it seems Adobe is getting away from the bloated model for its software like Flash, Air, and CS4/5, as mentioned by Graham Spencer for MacStories:

One of the biggest benefits of stripping out unnecessarily complex tools and features for Photoshop Touch, is that it really does feel streamlined, with all the (mostly) unnecessary bloat cut out. It feels fast and snappy for most of the time (a rare exception to this is when applying a heavy artistic effect to your image), and this makes using the app a much more satisfying experience.
