Snippet: Apple Sued for Breaking Breaking Bad ☇

Jeff John Roberts (via The Loop):

An Ohio man has filed a lawsuit against Apple, claiming the company owes him and other Breaking Bad fans $22.99 for not including all 16 episodes in a “Season Pass” to the show’s final season, which was split into two parts.

I’ve hated how some cable shows are broken up into half seasons, especially when it comes to sales (I’m looking your way, Eureka), but it’s a bit tough to place the blame squarely on Apple. Amazon is selling the current season as “6” on Amazon Instant Video, so the real culprit may be AMC/Sony and the various distribution channels are trying to figure out a way to present it.
