Snippet: Apple Working on iTunes 11 ☇

Although it’s expected for Apple to be working on the next version of iTunes, it seems they’re trying to simplify it. This only makes sense if the Mac has been demoted to “just another device” in the iCloud ecosystem. Let’s hope it’s more like what Jason Snell imagines and not like the iOS 5 Music app on the iPad. Hopefully we’ll still also have support for older OSes and PPC for all of those folks running old Macs as home media servers.
