Snippet: Google Acquires Sparrow ☇

With everyone worried about Twitter cutting off third-party apps, this was a bit of a surprise on the email front. Good for the Sparrow team, but the fact that development for the apps is pretty much over is disappointing. I wonder if we’ll see more of this, and if it creates a chilling effect for third-party developers.
