Snippet: “Thrilling” Record iPad Weekend ☇

In today’s conference call, Apple CEO Tim Cook shared his thoughts on this weekend’s iPad sales, without getting into the numbers specifically (since that wasn’t the topic of this conference call):

“We had a record [iPad] weekend, and we’re thrilled with it.”

From my observations, it seemed to go smoother than product launches in the past, especially with quite a few options in the retail channels.
